Terms of Service Agreement for Monthly Subscriptions
Welcome to the Traveling Light Membership Site! By subscribing to the Inner Healing Circle or other monthly subscription services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding.
1. Membership Perks and Schedule of Events
- Membership perks and the schedule of events for the Inner Healing Circle are subject to change without notice as the needs of the community evolve.
- Adjustments may also occur due to occasional scheduling conflicts of Lisa Bedoya, owner and admin of the Traveling Light membership site.
2. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions/memberships automatically renew and continue until cancelled by the member.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate channel.
- Subscriptions will terminate at the next possible billing cycle following the receipt of a cancellation request, depending on the timing of the request.
3. Reiki Classes, Wellness Sessions, Packages
- Sessions related to Reiki classes must be used within the specified time frame. If you are unsure of the available dates, please contact us promptly.
- All sessions of packages or programs must be utilized within the period specified in the package description, beginning from the date of purchase.
4. Refunds and Transfers
- Products and memberships are non-transferable. Sessions may be transferred, at the sole discretion of Lisa Bedoya, to avoid late-cancel charges if original client is unable to attend.
- Refunds vary according to product, but are generally limited to 48 hours after purchase.
5. Vouchers vs Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for seven (7) years in accordance with Massachusetts law.
- Some Traveling Light products, classes, and subscriptions may be presented as vouchers with scheduling codes. These are not the same as gift certificates. Expiration dates may apply to these offerings as specified.
By subscribing to and participating in any offerings under the Traveling Light Membership Site, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies help maintain a balanced, flexible, and thriving community. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification.
